Project Outline:

Given the age of the building, the pre-existing ventilation system was ineffective and outdated. Flo-Vent Ltd designed and installed new EN12101 Façade louvre AOvs and bespoke passive ventilation turrets to stairwells and created a network-controlled ventilation system for lobbies to meet regulatory standards.

COMPLETION: 2021
